Ux Researcher  

A UX researcher helps set up the foundation of UX research within the organization by initially setting up data points in collaboration with different departments within the organization. He/she is responsible for gathering data, analyzing, and transforming it to useful information with the goal of better informing decisions within the organization, specifically on overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Design or relevant field
• With at least 4-year proven work experience as UX Designer, Researcher or any
• similar role
• With proven work experience in UX case studies (tests, analysis, insights etc.)
• Strong and well organized portfolio of completed design projects
• Extremely analytical and data-driven in making decisions
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy
• Can work with minimal to no supervision and can deliver expected output within an
• agreed specified timeline
• Proficient in English and Filipino (oral and written)
• Excellent communication skills
