Value Stream Production Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics are preferred)
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Can or used to work under pressure
• Advance in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc).
• Able and willing to work in shifting basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle 1 section (12 line)
• Communicate daily targets/goals to Group Leader (GL’s) and monitor performance/address any deviations in areas such as material consumption and performance to plan in order to achieve daily/ weekly/monthly targets.
• Support the Group Leader in handling abnormalities by guiding/assisting in real time data-based problem solving using 5-why and 8-step thinking and seek assistance from support teams as and when required.
• Work with other processes in the Value Stream such as - (New product integration & QCO, Cutting & Raw Material, Technical & Quality, Engineering etc.) in order to anticipate and address issues that can impact the smooth flow of the Value Stream/ production process.
