1. Refine sourcing strategy and identify new market segments and valuable seller/brand prospects through data-driven
2. Facilitate sourcing and onboarding of leads (sellers/brands) based on the company and category strategy
3. Identify new seller/brand prospects through data-driven analysis on the market and Lazada
4. Consistently hit targets for new target seller acquisition
Job RequirementsQualifications & Skills
1. Experienced in Sales/Acquisition/BD with the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive Indonesia market
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field, ideally in e-commerce/ Fashion industry
3. Bachelor, graduated from reputable university
4. Strong market orientation, ideally with the network of sellers/brands and an understanding of their operations in the Fashion industry
5. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics
6. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
