- Identify, develop, and execute specific marketing tactics and commercial action plans to increase penetration, create demand and expand brand awareness.
- Deliver incremental growth objectives using input from business units and sales teams to grow the core business and expand market opportunities.
- Identify key trends, market drivers and customer requirements for the vertical's products and services, including potentially disruptive technologies.
- Analyze market metrics (market accepted price points, unit volumes, competitive dynamics, market shares and pipelines) and provide insights to aid decision making.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with key customers and opinion leaders to anticipate and meet current and future needs.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and product teams to develop clear and aligned messaging on products and services within the market vertical for customer-centric go-to-market campaigns.
- Enable sales with robust lead generation funnel, sales tools and training.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) background. Post graduate degree an advantage.
- 5-10 years marketing and/or business development within a healthcare space.
- Experience in strategic decision support, market forecasting, performance tracking and marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate and implement strategic business plans.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
