- Developing expansion strategies and plans to achieve sales and target goals
- Analyse market and competition landscape to continuously sharpen company strategy and ensure winning of competition
- Build strategic partnership with stakeholders within healthcare industry as well as related stakeholders outside healthcare
- Ensuring that sales and marketing staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties
- Analyse and optimize customer journey to ensure excellent patient experience
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Bachelor degree from any field (medical-related background is preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably from Healthcare background
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging successfully with a wide range of stakeholders and providers to define requirements and translate these into projects.
- Demonstrable and practical experience at a senior level of delivering business change.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and continuously develop direct reports.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, confident and credible when presenting to varied audiences including internal audiences, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers.
