Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Key player in development of strategic direction for Division
• Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation
• Manage promotion budget of total channel
• Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to client acquisition and satisfaction.

Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Managamenet, or similar field
• Have an experience as leading a team in start up or consumer goods industry 
• Have a 5 years of work experience in the same field
• Have strong decision making abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
