Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Key player in development of strategic direction for Division
- Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation
- Manage promotion budget of total channel
- Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to client acquisition and satisfaction.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Managamenet, or similar field
- Have an experience as leading a team in start up or consumer goods industry
- Have a 5 years of work experience in the same field
- Have strong decision making abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
