Managing Salesforce Team on Vasaka Nines, Apartment Project in BSD City, South Tangerang.

• Managing and overseeing all property sales activities.
• Developing, designing, and implementing effective sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Leading the sales team by providing guidance, motivation, and necessary support.
• Compiling periodic reports on sales plans, sales strategies, and sales targets to management.
• Training and developing the sales team's skills and motivating them to achieve their best performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property agents and expanding industry networks.
• Managing and maintaining a comprehensive and superior property database to support sales activities.
• Boosting team spirit and cooperation through effective communication, motivation, and coaching.
• Handling pressure in a dynamic work environment and adapting quickly to market changes.
• Making a positive contribution to team efforts with proficient English language skills, if available.
• Being willing to be placed in South Tangerang as per company requirements.

⛩️ Requirements

• Min. 3 Years experience as Head of Sales in Property Industry
• Proven leadership and ability to lead the team
• Able to make Reports (Sales Plan, Selling Strategic and Selling Target)
• Proven ability to train and motivate team
• Has many relations with agent properties
• Has many superior property database
• Able to rise team spirit
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Willing to be placed in South Tangerang
