About the RoleEnterprise Sales (Key Account Management) in Midtrans plays an important role to build, execute, and maintain partnerships with the biggest strategic accounts in the company’s portfolio. You will lead the Commercial Department in sales functions, including end-to-end management and execution of all partnerships' contractual assets that help drive the company's key business goals. If hired, you will lead a team of 15 people or more, a combination of senior managers, junior managers, and executives. You will directly report to the Head of Business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing organization.
What You Will Do
- Develop the overall strategy for the key account portfolio and get sign-off by senior leadership
- Ensure the team is implementing the correct go-to-market strategies required to achieve the business goals
- Review, challenge and sign off the Key Account Plans proposed by the team members
- Support negotiation and enforcement of the merchant's trade terms
- Establish an appropriate organizational framework for the Enterprise Sales organization jointly with the Gojek Sales organization
- Monitor all sales activities to identify problems, create solutions and guidelines, and produce accurate reporting on both regular and ad-hoc bases
- Lead a team of Senior Managers, Managers, and Executives - up to 15-20 headcounts
- Plan and present reports on sales progress, goals, and periodic initiatives to regularly share with senior leaders and peers
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication or related academic area
- At least 8 years of experience in business management, sales, or project management is mandatory. Prior experience in e-commerce and managing key accounts will be a plus point
- Prior experience in managing people/team is mandatory
- Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa and English is required
- Ability to think analytically and strategically, multitask, negotiate, persuade and influence others
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Advanced reporting and computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Proven ability to maintain projects and maintain effective relations with internal stakeholders
