Job Description:
- Responsible for customers’ satisfaction, service quality and branch's performance in sales, service and compliance.
- Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals.
- Assist Country Manager to ensure branch meets the sales target set by the management.
- Develop new business and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Drive marketing activities to achieve the target set as well as represent and promote Corporation’s business activities.
- Monitor and to ensure all relevant reports are submitted to Head office on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as requested by Country Manager or HQ.
- Maintain branch safety and security standards.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing / Customer Services or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role.
- Strong customer service skills and comfortable with a sale- oriented environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A keen sense of urgency, adaptability, and accountability to strive for excellence in high pressure situations.
- Excellence communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to work under pressure.
