Uraian Tugas

Description: 

  • managing and monitoring governance risks in work units HR strategy to ensure risks in units and work governance are in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
  • Implement direct guidance and supervision of employees in the HR Strategy Department including training needs to maintain employee effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out their roles
  • Organize and monitor the implementation of HR management development strategy initiatives for the short and long term and justify strategic improvement areas to ensure continuous performance improvements.
  • Reviewing organizational development processes and analysis includes studying organizational structure and planning employee needs that are in line with company needs
  • Organize and ensure the availability of HR management policies and strategies, including recruitment, remuneration, employee development, performance management, talent management, career management, employee value proposition, industrial relations, pension programs and termination of employment relations.
  • Coordinate and propose departmental work program designs to be consolidated in the Division's proposed Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP), including reviewing changes in external factors to ensure alignment of work programs between functional units.
  • Ensure the suitability and relevance of the implementation of Human Capital & General Service duties to the management system implemented by the company. 
  • Develop and implement Human Capital Strategy, Human Capital Business Partners, and General Services that are relevant to the company's business challenges

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Phycology, Human Resources Management and/or business
  • 8 years as middle level management in the Human Capital function (Manager Level), or;
  • 4 years as top level management (Division Head / VP Level) in the Human Capital function;
  • 2 years of experience in the construction services or property development industry;
  • Have experience in managing project HR fulfillment;
  • Have experience related to Organizational Change Management;
  • Have experience in negotiating strategically;
  • Have relevant professional certification;
