Tasks & responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the villa property, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure that the property is in top condition for guests
- Ensuring that staff members are well-trained and motivated to deliver high-quality service.
- Ensuring that the villa is well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities for guests, including toiletries, linens, and kitchen essentials. Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Providing regular reports on the condition and status of the villa to the group owner
