Job Description:
As a Villa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of our luxury villa. This role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality skills. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering world-class service and ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services:
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests upon arrival.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and supervise all guest services, including concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance.
2. Property Maintenance:
- Oversee regular maintenance and upkeep of the villas to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise villa staff, including housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and concierge.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage a culture of excellence.
4. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for villa operations.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
5. Security and Safety:
- Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard guests and property.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
6. Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events hosted at the villas, such as weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings.
7. Communication:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with property owners and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on villa performance and guest feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in villa management or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English.
