Bank of America is looking for a Global Funding Manager to ensure funding for the company and its subsidiaries at all timesThe manager will be responsible for developing funding strategies and executing transactions with internal and external counterpartsThis role requires critical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities
• Manage daily funding trade execution for designated legal entities• Monitor capital markets and escalate funding and liquidity issues• Optimize funding considering stability, price, risk appetite, and enterprise factors• Manage foreign exchange and derivative trade execution• Provide liquidity risk counsel and pricing consultation to FLUs• Analyze business plans and develop appropriate funding plans• Work with FLUs to understand future business flows and risks• Manage offshore JPY flows• Manage risks within established metrics and hedge exposures• Chair the local Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) and provide guidance on balance sheet matters• Monitor changes in assets and liabilities and understand causation• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies• Represent Treasury at LMT and contribute to strategic initiatives• Drive training and development for the Treasury team• Participate in technology enhancement projects and improve operational excellence• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis related to funding risks and opportunities• Respond to information/reporting requests and manage interactions with regulators and stakeholders
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Money Market/FX activities and balance sheet management• Advanced understanding of markets, financial statements, liquidity, and risk• Strong Excel skills• Tableau, Alteryx, Workiva abilities are a plus• Ability to lead and manage a team• Effective communication skills• Execution experience in interest rate and foreign exchange products• Fluent in English, second language is valuable• Creative problem-solving skills and orientation• Genuine interest in financial markets
