Job Descriptions:
- Create, manage, and optimize property listings on various OTA platforms. Ensure that all listings are accurate, appealing, and up-to-date with high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing.
- Conduct regular market research to understand trends, pricing strategies, and demand patterns. Use insights to adjust listings and pricing strategies accordingly.
- Implement strategies to improve listing visibility and conversion rates. Monitor and adjust availability, pricing, and promotional offers based on performance data and market demand.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OTA-related guest inquiries. Provide prompt, friendly, and informative responses to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews on OTA platforms. Utilize feedback to improve property offerings and address any issues promptly.
- Generate and analyze performance reports for each listing. Share insights and recommendations with the team to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and company standards. Monitor and enhance the quality of guest experiences.
- Work closely with property management teams to ensure property information is accurate and any guest issues are resolved swiftly.
Qualifications:
- Experience at least 1 year in managing listings on OTA platforms or in a similar role within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the vacation rental market and OTA algorithms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties across different platforms.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
