Job Descriptions:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. Maintain strong relationships with vendors for reliable supply and favorable terms.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies, amenities, and equipment across all properties to ensure availability and readiness for guest arrivals. Implement efficient reordering processes and inventory control measures.
- Execute purchasing orders for required items, following company policies and budget guidelines. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and verify receipt of items as per order specifications.
- Ensure all purchased items meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Regularly assess the quality and condition of supplies and equipment, arranging for replacements or repairs as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and management for purchasing activities. Track and report on expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and potential vendors that can enhance the guest experience or improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with property management, operational teams to understand their supply needs and address any issues related to the quality or availability of goods and services.
Qualifications:
- D3 / S1 Education ( All majors are welcome ).
- Experienced at least 2 years as a Purchasing/Procurement Staff (Strong negotiation and vendor management skills).
- Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.
- Willing to be located in Bali (Preferably domiciled around Bali).
