Warehouse Admin Assistant

We have continued to support our customers with its wide network of chemical resources, reasonable pricing and prompt services. As at today, our company has more than 100 items available in ex-stock or indent basis and servicing a wide variety of industries including  (Adhesive, Paint, Coating, Ink, Resin Manufacturer, Printing Packaging, Cigarette, Food, Flavor and Fragrance,  Home/Personal Care , Feed)

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions to be stationed in our warehouse in Jababeka Cikarang.

WAREHOUSE ADMIN ASSISTANT 

Warehouse Admin will responsible for administrative daily routines to maintain efficient and accurate flow of ingredients and materials, accuracy of inventory, on time delivery, and other warehouse Administration.

Job Requirement/Specification:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) of all majors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related positions in Logistics industry, chemical industry or other similar industry.
• Diligent, active, communicative.
• Can operate Ms. Office and have good administration;
• Having high initiative and able to work in a team or individually.
• Active, communicative, fast learner, and have a good attitude.
• Understanding about Warehouse Management System.
• Can operate Forklift 
• Can Speak English is a Plus

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage report absence of LSHI & Outsourcing staff.
• Manage overtime of Outsourcing staff and submit to HR Dept.
• Manage report of petty cash.
• Find supplier for Warehouse equipment and request for quotation (Min 3 Quotation).
• Submit P/O to supplier.
• Check the equipment purchased and delivered by supplier.
• Prepare for payment request to supplier.
• Record monthly purchase and submit to Finance Dept.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the Cikarang office & warehouse (5R).
• Monthly stocktaking all goods at our warehouse
• Help for operations in Warehouse
• Other job instructed by W/H Supervisor & Logistics Manager.
