Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end warehousing and fulfillment operations, ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training a team of warehouse associates and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
• Ensure all B2B and B2C orders are fulfilled (picked, packed, and dispatched) accurately within the agreed SLA review and prepare workflow, manpower and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Participate in warehousing design, establish, and implement warehouse management procedures, quality control processes, and various indicator systems, and be responsible for the KPI of warehouse operations.
• Implement and improve the warehouse’s rules and regulations, and standardize operating standards and processes. Allocate human resources reasonably, and monitor each job on the warehouse site; improve work efficiency, plan budgets, and reduce costs.
• Optimize warehouse operations via continuous improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Work with internal stakeholders including the product team, regional operations, project, and business development teams to ensure that system and process gaps are flagged, and that process changes are implemented effectively in the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor's Degree.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain/warehouse.
• Have an understanding of the warehouse management system.
• Prior experience in the chemical industry is preferable.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have leadership, integrity, and communicative skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office Suite, and NetSuite.
• Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.
