The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experienced in post sales and buyer experience in e-commerce after sales
- Strong in leadership, data analysis and improvements initiatives
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Responsible to achieve KPI targets that aligned with company goals and objectives
