Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities 

• Monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, arranging, and releasing goods, and ensure all activities comply with SOP.
• Organize and ensure smooth delivery accommodations.
• Ensure the stock of goods matches the data recorded in the system.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods according to orders from the outlet.
• Ensure stock availability for retail, branch, and wholesale sales needs.
• Record incoming and outgoing goods and sign the goods receipt letter.
• Able to carry out analysis and problem-solving

Requirements 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Minimum of a Diploma III degree in Logistics or related field.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software.
• Understanding of inventory management and stock recording systems.
• Ability to coordinate timely delivery of goods. 
• Ability to analyze and solve problems related to warehouse operations.
• Good communication skills with suppliers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to supervise warehouse staff and provide necessary support. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
