Job Description :
As a Worker Acquisition and Community Officer, you will play a vital role in sourcing, acquiring, and building a dynamic community of workers across various cities in Indonesia.
Your responsibilities will extend to assessing and participating in offline events, fostering partnerships, and nurturing a strong and engaged worker community.
Key Responsibilities :
Worker Acquisition : Strategize and implement initiatives to attract and acquire workers from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
Utilize a mix of online and offline channels to reach potential workers, including job boards, social media, and partnerships.
Assess Offline Events : Evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of offline events such as job fairs, recruitment days, and industry-specific gatherings.
Represent the company at events, engaging with potential workers, and assessing the impact on Worker Acquisition.
Community Building : Develop and execute strategies for building a strong and engaged worker community across various cities in Indonesia.
Foster a sense of belonging and collaboration within the community through communication channels, forums, and social media.
Partnerships : Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other entities to enhance Worker Acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial programs that contribute to community growth.
Offline Community Events : Plan and execute offline community events to facilitate face-to-face interactions among workers.
Ensure events align with the company's values and contribute to the overall well-being and engagement of the worker community.
Feedback Collection : Act as a liaison between the worker community and the company, collecting feedback, suggestions, and concerns.
Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance the worker experience and satisfaction.
Cross-City Coordination : Coordinate and collaborate with teams in different cities to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to Worker Acquisition and Community building.
Share best practices and insights to optimize strategies across locations.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Worker Acquisition, community building, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and assess the effectiveness of various strategies.
- Understanding of the local labor market and worker preferences in Indonesia.
