Job Description
- Maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, including turbo compressors, steam turbines, expanders, and other rotating equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of workshop equipment.
- Following established procedures and safety protocols to create a safe and healthy working environment.
- Identifying and troubleshooting problems with equipment, implementing corrective actions, and documenting the process.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts within the workshop.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance measures.
- Working effectively within budget and time constraints.
- Providing regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrating a customer-focused approach in all interactions. The Successful Applicant
- Has experiences in manual laithe & milling machine (not CNC-operated)
- Has 8-10 years of experience in the workshop, performing repairs / servicing of bearing, steam turbines, compressors
- Fluent English
