Job Description:
1. Create engaging and shareable Youtube content that resonate with the target audience for channel 'mGanik Official'
2. Manage and optimize mGanik Youtube account, including profile setup, subscribers and engagement
3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as views, subscriber growth, and CTR, to evaluate account success and suggest data-driven decisions
4. Stay updated with the latest Youtube trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging
5. Conduct research and utilize analytics tools to gain insights into the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and interests on Youtube.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Youtube strategies.
7. Keep abreast of Youtube's policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain compliance
8. Identify and collaborate with Youtube influencers and creators to amplify brand reach and engagement
Job Requirement:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven min 1 year experience as a Youtube Specialist or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful Youtube campaigns.
* In-depth knowledge of Youtube platform features, trends, and best practices.
* Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software
* Familiarity with Youtube advertising options and targeting capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
