Account Manager

Job Description
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Work with IT Engineer within the company to communicate needs for clients' needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify issues and opportunities for business growth
• Manage performance reporting to clients regularly
• Make sure the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily

Requirements
• 3 years minimum experience in IT product sales
• Preferably have a background majoring in System Information and related.
• Has solid knowledge of digital banking development and the platform associated with it
• Understand and keep up to date with banking industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
• Accustomed to multi-tasking and project management
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skill, presentation, negotiation, customer potential analysis.
