Uraian Tugas
- Responsible for sales activity such as cold calling, emails, presentation, assesment clients needs, meeting with clients, sales report, client pipeline & project update, create quotation, negotiation contracts, visit clients, coordinate with solution consultant & delivery team (internal parties), mapping clients accounts & clintes profile
- Grab new clients and sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors and internal networks in order to increase business volume
- Perform in sales target that has been assigned (upselling & cross-selling)
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients, principals including handling complaints
- Update new product or new price
- Monitoring the entire process of sales going well up to the payment stage (invoice/payment and BAST)
