Account Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments)
• Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
• Supervise and coach payroll clerks and assistants
• Responsible for tax aspects in each department and managing all tax activities
• Review and evaluate tax planning. Tax planning is made every year by calculating the taxes paid every month
• Handle Collection Letters for tax obligations both in the form of Tax Returns and other documents from the Tax Office
• Prepare internal company documents relating to tax aspects
• Handle and coordinate financial report and taxation audits

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma accounting
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience working in full set financial report and tax reporting 
• Understand and updated Indonesia tax regulation 
• Must have pleasant, responsible and trustworth
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong intrapersonal skills, great conceptual thinking, and oriented familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
