Responsibilities
• Ensure the availability and implementation of financial bookkeeping• Accurately post operational journal entries into the system daily• Prepare, analyze, and distribute company financial reports to management• Input accounting journal data into the company's system without missing any• Perform accounting and tax reconciliations• Input and report tax documents (income tax, monthly and annual VAT)• Possess a good understanding of tax regulations• Handle tax administration correspondence and data changes• Familiarity with and understanding of ERP systems• Prepare invoices/billing receipts and supporting documents• Prepare data for budgeting• Proficient in Ms. Office, Pivot, and accounting formulas• Generate weekly reports on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Balances, and transactions• Able to create financial reports from journals, general ledger, and adjustments
Requirements
• Solid understanding of financial bookkeeping principles and practices• Proficiency in utilizing accounting software• Experience with tax administration and reconciliation• Familiarity with ERP systems• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
