KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and support office supplies
Support department administration duties (passes application, payment processes)
Controlling company and project documentation
Following and improving document control procedures
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of company
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
Support on document preparation (ppt slides, excel, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS
Able to communicate proficiently with stakeholders in Singapore
Diploma in any field
2 to 3 years of prior experience preferred
Self-starter and ability to self-manage.
Able to prioritize and detailed oriented
Proficient in MS Office
