Fluent in English

Able to placement in Badung, Bali
Jobdesk :
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings appointments.
Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
Make travel arrangements
Maintain confidential department files/records
Perform administrative tasks, including filling and photocopying
