Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Enter customer data into the database accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare documents such as memos, invoices, reports, presentations, etc.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Create spreadsheets and databases for tracking data.
- Maintained office filing systems and databases.
- Assist in planning events as needed.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with special requests as requested.
