Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist in critical financial administration by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances.
• Prepare necessary tax paperwork, and reports in adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Manage invoices, conduct bookkeeping, and oversee office petty cash.
• Monitor and analyze company funds, ensuring financial health and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Implement and maintain efficient payment processes, optimizing financial workflows.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to streamline financial procedures and enhance fiscal efficiency.
• Effective time management and meeting of set deadlines
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in Indonesian Accounting & Taxation
• Proficient in using Xero systems
• Fluent in spoken and written English and confident in using it for work
• Bachelor's degree major in Accounting, or related work experience in Accounting.
• Competent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• A proactive attitude and drive to succeed
• Able to work amicably and roductively within a team
• Work from office (located in Seminyak, Bali)
