Job descriptions:
- Verifying and validating various administrative documents for the branch's financial, sales, service, and personnel processes, including BSTB documents, AFI submissions, STNK and BPKB submissions, etc.
- Organizing, controlling, and evaluating the performance of the administrative team at the branch.
- Supervising, checking, and verifying administrative tasks that support the smooth flow of finances, sales, and service at the branch.
Job qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in their fields Bachelor degree in Accounting (preferably)
- Strong analytical and coordination capabilities, capable of effectively prioritizing and multi tasking
- Highly-effective leadership and problem solving skill
- Have experience in automotive industry especially as Administration Head
