Responsibilities:
- Managing (organising, supervising and directing) administrative, store, laboratory and library operations.
- Carry out all administrative tasks
- Oversee the maintenance, purchase and repair of school facilities and infrastructure (canteen, laboratory, library).
- Manage and evaluate administrative documentation and non-academic files.
- Prepare and supply reports required by the Head of School.
- Manage communication and harmonious relations with all stakeholders.
- Responsible for the financial management of the administration and the efficiency of the budget.
- Create SOPs in support of school services.
- Monitor, provide direction and guidance and ensure the development of competence of subordinates in their area of responsibility.
- Carry out all non-routine duties as directed by superiors in accordance with the field work plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is preferable
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing staff
- Able to multitask, good with details, and skilled in thinking analytically
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
