Job Description:
- Responsible in customer retention.
- Provide service business analysis and recommend action plan
- Lead dealer's action plan development and control the execution
- Responsible in part retail sales and wholesales.
- Provide service business analysis and recommend action plan.
- Lead dealers' action plan development and control the execution.
- Responsible in maintaining customer satisfaction Index Score.
- Analyze dealers' customer satisfaction report and recommend action plan.
- Lead dealers' action plan development and control the execution.
- Compliance of standard process, facility and manpower.
- Lead and control progress of dealers' customer concerns resolution.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any field.
- At least 4 years of working experience handling area After Sales from automotive industry.
- Required Skills: Basic dealer operation management, Advance communication skill, High Leadership skill
- Certified Proven zone/district/area manager training and Business efficiency (Green Belt 6sigma or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English is a must.
