Purpose

Contribute to the seamless functioning of the Laboratory Network as a Roche Application Manager. Your role involves expertly troubleshooting instruments, providing quality training, and managing after-sales services to meet the highest standards of RDI procedures and policies.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Instrument, Hardware/Software Management:

• Provide exceptional service and support for Roche instruments, ensuring quality performance.
• Conduct troubleshooting via phone and customer visits, and assist in instrument installations.
• Perform routine visits to priority customers and handle customer inquiries promptly.
   

Personal Management:

• Coordinate and monitor daily Application Specialist activities, including training and software upgrades.
• Supervise, manage, and lead staff to ensure optimal job performance.
• Set targets and objectives for the team, fostering competency development.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health analysis, biology, or medical field from a reputable university (local/overseas).
• 5-7 years of experience in application within medical device industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive desirable business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas, including weekends.
• Flexible working hours with occasional overtime during working days.
