They have been established for over 40 years, with revenue nearing USD 1 billion in 2022 alone. They are currently searching for an Application Specialist to execute product deployment in Indonesia.
Job Description
Liaise with customers in order to understand the work processes and requirements that are required to be addressed by their productsImplement the product application in a manner that will suit the business requirements of the customer and follow company methodologies and processesConduct individual and group training, product demonstrations and workshops as requiredImplement and control change management requests from clientDeliver successful application implementation phasesBe a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for company productsIf required, work with customers to identify potential changes within the parameters of the productOther duties may be directed by the Company from time to time The Successful Applicant General aptitude for solving problems and using technology to improve processesWe are particularly interested in individuals with a background in Laboratory Information Management Systems training.Understanding and experience in implementation of product solutions. Experience with implementing HIS solutions is particularly beneficialAn understanding of computer systems, software development and deployment methodology and computer networkingAn ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraintsProven ability to think laterally and come up with innovative solutions for software product implementationsThe ability to make independent recommendations for successful software product implementationsProven ability to work through problems with different customer groups achieving positive outcomesStrong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)Indonesian and English language required.
