Responsibilities :
- Receive information about the potential complaint and complaint from related Dept to be followed up by ABDD / ABDE to Agent involved
- Record the information into log data In daily basis, remind ABDD / ABDE to follow up to Agent
- Evidence of follow up is usually in the form of statement letter from Agent which explains about the complaint
- Monitoring and controlling the progress in the log data. Communication to any relevant stakeholders
Requirements :
- Committed to join for 6 months
- Good understanding of administration process
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Adequate knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Power Point
- Have desire to learn along with professional drive
