Job Description

As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within your designated area, ensuring achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, provide guidance and support, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Cover areas : Bali & Nusa Tenggara Island (Denpasar Base)

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree with minimum experience 8 years
  • Proven experience in sales & distribution management, preferably in the [specify industry or market] 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions (computer literacy)
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

What do we expect from you?

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the assigned area & Sales Target achievement based on KPI Sales Target.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet sales goals.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence by developing relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  7. Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the Regional Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  10. Distribution result oriented according the distribution area responsibility based on KPI Distribution
  11. Doing end user activation based on KPI Target End User Activation
