Description
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and refine comprehensive rewards and recognition programs that align with organizational objectives, culture, and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and benchmarks to enhance existing programs and introduce innovative reward initiatives.
- Design and implement strategies to effectively communicate rewards programs to employees, ensuring understanding and participation across all levels of the organization.
- Assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages.
- Stay abreast of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to compensation, benefits, and rewards practices.
- Assist in monthly payroll operations
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in relevant studies with proven experience in HR - rewards, compensation, and benefits strategy and administration
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, incentive programs, and pay equity.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
