Responsibilities
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes• Prepare and review monthly financial reports• Monitor and analyze financial performance• Develop and implement internal controls• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulations• Reconcile complex financial accounts• Analyze financial data for trends and provide insights• Prepare and file required tax documents• Assist with auditing and other financial processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks• Strong organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
