Key Responsibilities
- Plan & monitor team operational strategy to achieve company OKR
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillment for their team
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
- Manage and execute Ad-Hoc projects
- Coordinate with other departments to solve issues related to the Financial Reporting team
- Report OKR Achievements to the manager on a weekly or monthly basis
- Maintain the integrity of all financial record-keeping
- Coordinate with internal and external auditor
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Major
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Auditing, especially Big4 Company / Tech Company.
- Proven teamwork and leadership experience.
- Have excellent knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Local Accounting Standards (PSAK)
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
- Have good initiative in working, detail oriented and excellent analytical thinking
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
