Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage for all activities and administrative of HR & Legal matters, including: personnel administration, attendance report, recruitment process, and to ensure that all of business activities comply with the law and code of conduct
• Administer & monitor talent management process in each function to ensure continuous integrated people development
• Handling BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Willing to build high performance team in accordance with our spirit 'If you would like to build great building, you have to build your people to be great",
• Preparing a review and report regarding your job responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
• 5 plus years’ of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources and Legal or equivalent
• Must be familiar and knowledgeable with local labor law plus other relevant/legal regulations and the current HR practices and policies.
• Having experience in preparing company regulation and company decree in accordance with law regulations
and code of conduct
• Have strong leadership skills to ensure that all of business activities comply with company regulation and company decree.
• Maximum age of 40 years old. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Laws/ Psychology/ Management HR or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & Google Drive)
• Communicative & detail Oriented Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
• Have a good commitment & responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast pace & challenging environment
• Willing to work in Kota Tangerang area.
