Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years experience in PPIC in demand planning/production plan
Fluent in English
Must have supervisory & leadership skills, problem solving & decision making
Strong in controlling process, good communication, good analytical thingking
Have knowledge and exposure in manufacturing process

- Create production schedules and manufacturing orders
- Raise material purchasing requisition to purchasing to meet customer demand
- Liaising with purchasing team on delivery of all materials.
- Review sales forecasts and customer demand and schedule production plan
- Plan manpower requirement based on customer order and input from production
- Manage monthly sales tracker and update system accordingly based on customer firmed PO and forecast.
- Update customers regularly on production plan and delivery plan.
- Arrange FG delivery plan with customer and warehouse.
- Monitoring of all inventory during production process Responsible in inventory management, stock movement and stock reconciliation.
- Analyse inventory holding and provide the analysis report to finance
- Coordination with related department to solve problem
- Organize monthly supply review meeting with customers and to share supply performance, inventory review, sales performance, forecast accuracy and capacity review.
- Liaise with commercial, sales support and operations for any new product launching to make sure all the supply can be fulfilled accordingly
- Work with production and quality to improve production line efficiency and increase capacity
- People management - lead and coach subordinate ensuring objectives and personal development plans are defined and agreed in line with company performance management procedures, coordinate the day to day activities of the team
- Challenge status quo and make a changes if necessary
