Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for audio products and solutions such as Mixer and speaker.
- Identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and formulating sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Audio Sales team to ensure high performance, effective teamwork, and achievement of sales targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including audio equipment dealers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with key accounts to develop customized audio solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's audio product portfolio and customer base.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners to drive sales growth and market penetration
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum Diploma degree.
- Must have a proven track record of successful sales leadership in handling sales team in selling audio equipment such as Mixer and speaker for minimum 3 years.
- Strong understanding of audio products, technology, and industry trends.
- Able to give solution and demo on how to set software and hardware of audio equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on employee development and motivation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Willingness to travel to any area in Indonesia to meet with customers or attend industry events
