Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives and tactical execution for key principal management, focusing on achieving growth targets and enhancing principal satisfaction in the Coatings/Industrial market segments.
- Drive sales revenue and profitability by implementing sales plans, conducting customer calls, forecasting accurately, and securing business with new and existing customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer applications and translate product features into beneficial solutions, collaborating closely with Principals and Technical staff to innovate and address market needs effectively.
- Supervise and empower the Sales Executives Coatings & Industrial team, fostering customer relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and supporting retention and growth strategies.
Profile
Requirements:
- A degree in Chemistry or Engineering, with significant selling experience and a proven track record of success in Coatings/Industrial chemicals sales, preferably with expertise in pigments and additives.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional dialects being advantageous.
- Min 5 years of experience in Sales and marketing, preferably with a background in R&D within the Coatings/Chemicals Industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Technical proficiency in product features and benefits, enabling effective value selling and tailored value propositions for customers.
- Experience in supervising and guiding sales teams, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving business growth.
