Job Description
- You will be responsible to drive, decide, coordinate, and execute end-to-end projects related to Ground Transport space.
- Collaborate with and drive stakeholders including (but not limited to) Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations in order to deliver best output on the product w/ tangible business impacts and win the market.
- Identify levers, issues and improvement opportunities that can push the products and business performance forward
- Able to independently do complex analysis, identify additional relevant data point and extract insight to obtain understanding of the customer behavior, partner's performance, product metrics, and latest trend;
- Translate product strategy into product plan and product/business requirements
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance/Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, STEM). A master's degree is a plus.
- 3 years or more of working experience at strategy or management consulting firms, multinational technology or manufacturing or O&G companies, multinational banks, or a credible and strong track record in building or growing a product
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in a product management or related role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or Customer Service industry.
- Ability to understand software development and web technologies; with an aptitude towards solving complex problems. Hands on experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms to extract and interpret data. Ability to dig & analyze data, identify biases, and make a sound conclusion/observation are crucial.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to empathize with the customer's journey and obsession to give the best experience to customer.
- Confident to drive multiple stakeholders, and have the grit and patience to continue even when faced with multiple setbacks.
