Legal Operation

Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) provides services for Property Development and Ecotourism Industry and currently looking for a Legal Operation position will be placed in Labuan Bajo with the qualifications and job details below:

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor of Laws with 1-2 years work experience as a Legal Project/Operation/Corporate.
2. Have 1-2 years experience in a law firm or similar company and handling projects related to land acquisition, construction, developer, tourism and conservation (particularly in Eastern Indonesia will be considered more).
3. Have experiences with corporate legal matters such as (drafting & reviewing legal permit and agreement documents) is a must.
4. Have interpersonal & social skills communication to engage with local community and government.
5. Have PERADI license (plus value).
6. Able to speak and writing in English is an advantage.
7. Willing to travel on business for a long period of time.
8. Willing to be placed in Labuan Bajo, NTT.

Responsibilities:

1. Make a summary of legal documents and permits
2. Carry out legal document archiving control
3. Check legality and permit reporting
4. Check the validity of legality documents in connection with the company's operational activities
5. Reviewing agreements, regulations and laws needed to support the company's operational activities.
6. Make a legal opinion on the results of the review carried out.
7. Prepare documents needed to support the company's operational activities.
8. Make draft letters and or agreements.
9. Create and perform exposure to the company's operational activities.
10. Perform legality and/or company license arrangements.
11. Establish relationships in government agencies related to operations.
12. Coordinate with related departments/parties in relation to the Company's activities.
