Legal Operations Manager - Automotive Company

Legal Ops will be in charge of running day-to-day operations and cover a wide range of legal activities within the company from drafting documents, reviewing documents, and being the PIC for all things legal. On top of that the Legal ops manager will be responsible for making sure the company complies with regulations. 

The legal ops manager is accountable for making sure that the company avoids any legal risk exposure. As an automotive R&D and manufacturing company, there will be many legal procedures the company has to follow to ensure that we obtain all the licenses and certifications required to source parts, start mass-production, distributes, and sells out EV motorcycle and it will be part of the scope of work along with corporate and HR legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Min. 10 years working experience, with min. 1-2 years of working experience at a well-known legal consulting firm. Make sure the candidate has a wide range of experience
• Has experience/specialization in corporate legal. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, IP, HR, and retail is a major plus
• Proficient in English, as our main language is English and our legal documents are in English
• Resourceful and quick to learn things; can figure out solutions without relying too much on other people, on the other hand quick to identify the area in which she/he’s lacking and ask for help.
