Job Description:
1. Supervise and manage day to day HR operations projects.
2. Managing employee attendance.
3. Create PKWT of new employee and employee renewal contract.
4. Ensuring the database is up to date and accurate in HRIS.
5. Assist HR Manager for personnel administration such as maintaining database, employee contract agreement, payroll and any issue related to the HR Dept.
6. Good understanding in UU Cipta Kerja.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar background
- Relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with HRIS
- Have experience at least 2 years as HR Operation or similar positions.
- Preferable from retail or F&B industry with large scale employee
- Excellent administrative skills and data analytics.
