Description
- Develop and communicate a strategy aligned with company objectives
- Offer leadership to cultivate a culture of excellence in APAC region team
- Ensuring order and delivery service delivery on time to client expectation
- Create and oversee a budget for efficient resource allocation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to address their requirements and needs
- Improving internal processes and organizational changes
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related fields
- Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset and adept problem-solving abilities, dedicated to achieving business goals and driving outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years experience in overseeing shared services management, with a history of enhancing operational performance
- Proficiency in ERP systems will be an advantage
- Demonstrated success in remote team management preferably across international borders, the operations span the APAC region
