JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responding and following up comments from customers on social media and marketplace(Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, and Lazada). Build and maintain good long term relationship with customers.
Analyze customer data and behavior. Being able to follow up comments from customers after working hours
QUALIFICATION:
Minimal education background is Senior High School. Maximum 25 years old. Has experience with handling Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, and Lazada
Minimal 3 year experience as Customer Service. Good communication skill.
Good attitude and behavior.
Good interpersonal skill.
